Privacy policy

• Your uploaded documents (certificates, experience letters, old resumes) are deleted as soon as they are read, and we keep no copy of them, unless the request fails: an encrypted copy for up to 7 days to review why.
• Without an account: we do not keep your resume beyond the temporary periods listed below (about 30 minutes for the generation result and up to about 25 hours for the PDF file).
• With an account: we save only the resulting resume so you can return to and edit it, and you can delete it and your account at any time.

• The documents you upload, or your profile text if you paste it.
• The target job and the description you enter.
• Your email, only if you sign in, to send the sign-in code and a notification when your resume is ready.
• The resulting resume and what you add to it: contact details, and any optional details you enable (photo, nationality, date of birth, marital status, residency, driving licence). The AI does not fill these in; they appear only if you add them.
• When you use “Job match” or “Cover letter”: the job text or link, and the text of your resume (without the photo and contact details), are analyzed through the AI provider. We do not keep them after the result is returned.
• Your IP address, temporarily, to protect against abuse and limit request rates.

1. You upload the file from your browser straight to temporary storage through a signed link valid for a few minutes, over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
2. The document contents are analyzed with specialized AI technology to extract the data and write the resume.
3. The original documents are deleted from our storage as soon as processing ends, whether it succeeds or fails. If deletion fails we retry automatically, and a scheduled cleanup then removes whatever is left. In these rare cases files may remain up to about 25 hours from upload, which is not a guaranteed duration for every case.

Word files are opened internally only to extract their text and images; no macro is ever executed.

• Your saved resumes: until you delete them or delete your account.
• Generation result: kept temporarily for about 30 minutes in the service memory so you can receive it (it includes the resume text), then deleted automatically.
• Order records: operational data about each request (target job, language, status, timing, your account identifier if you are signed in, and the contact details described below), without the content of your documents or resume. Deleted automatically after 90 days, and immediately when you delete your account.
• Files of a failed request: if your resume could not be created, we keep an encrypted copy of your files and request text for up to 7 days, so that only the service owner can review why it failed and help you. It is deleted after review or automatically when the period ends, and immediately if you delete your account. Files rejected by the virus scan are never kept. Files from successful requests are not kept.
• Contact details with the request: what you optionally enter in the “To reach you if your request runs into trouble” field, plus the name, email and phone from your generated resume, are kept with the request record so we can contact you if something goes wrong. They are deleted with it after 90 days, or immediately when you delete your account.
• Sign-in session: up to 60 days or until you sign out.
• Sign-in codes: valid for 10 minutes only, and stored as a hash rather than plain text.
• The resulting PDF file: kept temporarily for download, then removed by the scheduled cleanup; it may remain up to about 25 hours from creation.
• Technical error log: Error messages and technical traces scrubbed of emails, long numbers and tokens, with no contents of your documents or resume. Deleted after 30 days.
• Ratings: If you rate the service, we keep the stars, your comment and the name you write. Your comment is only published on the site if you explicitly agree, you can ask us to delete it at any time. If you delete your account, your comment and name are deleted and only the star count remains, with no link to you.
• Protection logs: temporary counters by IP address for minutes or hours.

• AI analysis: Your document contents or profile text are analyzed to extract data and write the resume.
• Temporary storage: Temporary cloud storage for uploaded files and generated PDFs, deleted as described above.
• Payment processing: Through a secure, independent payment page; it receives your card details, email and amount, and your card details never reach us. We keep the transaction reference, amount, VAT, payment status and the resume it relates to.
• Email: Sending your login code and a notice when your resume is ready.
• Hosting: Runs the service, its database and its encrypted backups.

We choose only trusted, internationally recognized providers for these tasks, and your data may be processed by them in countries other than yours. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

The operations team sees descriptive data about orders: target job title, language, status, timing and your account email if you signed in, for support and abuse protection. They also see your name and the contact details with the request, to help you if it runs into trouble. They do not see your documents' contents or your saved resume text, except the service owner in the copy of a failed request's files as described above. An abusive account may be suspended or deleted.

The service is not directed at people under 16.

• View, edit and delete your resumes from the “My resumes” page.
• Delete my data: a button on the “My resumes” page that permanently deletes your account, resumes, sessions and order records, and cannot be undone.

We keep your sign-in session and your current resume draft in your browser (local storage) so they are not lost on refresh; the draft stays on your device only. It is removed with the “New resume” button or by clearing site data. We use no tracking files or ads. A small cookie stores the interface language you chose.

We use an encrypted connection, signed temporary upload and download links, request limits, and real file-type and size checks, and we never show your resume to any other user. No system is completely secure, so we advise you not to upload documents the resume does not need (such as ID cards).

We may update this policy, and will show the date of the last update at the top when a material change is made.
